Nakamura’s musical career started in 1988, when he began playing drums, eventually forming the now legendary cult band Mexican Jumping Frijoles in 1992. While touring with them around Mexico and the US, he started to get involved not only in playing big shows but also producing them, eventually making the transition from rock drummer to DJ.

In 1999 he was introduced to psychedelic trance music and immediately became hooked. The beats, the vibe, the people, the endless dancing now became part of what made him tick and in 2000 he decide to become part of the scene by becoming a Dj and soon after a party promoter.

Its no secret that Nakamura and his Trancelucid Crew have put their stamp on Baja California, organizing the best parties and festivals in the region while featuring artist like Eskimo, Sesto Sento, Gataka, Ferbi Boys, Atomic Pulse, C.P.U. Astrix, D-Tek and John Phantasm to name a few and playing in different cities with other artists like Star X, Shakta, Atmos, Absolum, Infected Mushroom, Ticon, etc. His sets are known for their power and finesse and range from full on, morning to progressive trance and have raised the bar for other trance djs in Baja.
